We pride ourselves in creating some of the finest carving knives in the country. The blades are hardened and tempered to a Rockwell 62C. These blades are sharpened to a fine edge and will hold that edge. If you take care of these blades, they will hold an edge for a long time only with routinely stropping.
There are four shapes / styles of blades available:
1. General
carving / rough out blade - 1-3/4 inch long blade
2. General
carving / detail blade - 1-1/2 inch long blade
3. Small
detail blade - 1 inch long blade
The handles are all solid hardwoods - Cherry, Walnut, and Zebra wood. The handles are very comfortable for long hours of carving. They are larger at the back for a feel of a large handle, and are gracefully tapered toward the blade for the feel of a delectate instrument. All handles are 5 inches long.
Note: These knives are handmade and therefore may have some slight variations in sizes.
