Foredom 1050 Micromotor Kit

Foredom 1050 Micromotor Kit, Brushless, High Torque --- Brushless motor design offers high torque throughout the entire speed range of 1,000-50,000 rpm. Kit includes control box, handpiece with 3/32" (2.35mm) collet, variable speed foot pedal, handpiece cradle and extra fuse.

This new brushless micromotor is ideal for various applications at high, medium and low speed.
High Speed Applications: Running at high speed, it provides smooth, clean, and sharp detailing in metal and wood. It's also great for bright-cutting, grinding, finishing, texturing, and polishing.
Medium Speed Applications: At medium speeds it is ideal for effortless and fast stock removal in wood, diestone, or acrylics.
Low Speed Applications: The low end offers extra control and power for stone setting and milling.

Foredom 1020 Micromotor Kit

Foredom High Torque K.1020 Micro Grinder has the power of a flex shaft plus the extra freedom of movement you get with a micromotor. Handpiece features 3-jaw geared chuck.

Twice the torque of standard micro motors with 0-20,00 rpm in forward and reverse.

Handpiece has a geared chuck capacity or 0-5/32"

Foredom K.1070 High Speed Rotary Micromotor Kit
For high speed applications up to 38,000 rpm including the fine detailing of wood. 115 or 230 volt. Kit includes control box, handpiece with 3/32" collet, variable speed foot control, handpiece cradle, spare pair of motor brushes, spare fuse and collet changing wrenches.
Compared to flexible shaft machines, micro motors have less torque, however, their higher speed results in a comparable rate of material removal with a lighter touch. The simple cord connection between the handpiece motor and control box is another key advantage. Unlike the "drag" and general restriction in movement that you have with a shaft and sheath, micro motors offer much greater freedom of movement.
